Refund policy

All our products are made to order (print-on-demand). For this reason, and under the exception provided in Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Exceptions — we accept returns in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Product damaged during delivery
• Wrong item received

In these cases, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a resolution. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to request a return or cancellation: Log in to your account and open your order to submit a request, or contact us at nolabelpt@gmail.com.

Order cancellations: You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been sent to production. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
