1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NoLabelPt website located at www.nolabelpt.com("Website") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.

3. Products

All products sold by NoLabelPt are made to order using print-on-demand production.

While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colours, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes. Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer or determined by the Website, which may include EUR, USD, or other supported currencies.

The final amount charged will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional currency conversion fees may apply.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be received before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, production begins shortly afterwards.

As all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, orders may fall within the exception to the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable Portuguese consumer protection legislation.

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Shipping

We ship internationally.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

NoLabelPt is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party shipping providers.

As our products are manufactured on demand specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are only accepted where an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to our error, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, branding, and other materials, is the property of NoLabelPt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoLabelPt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date will indicate when the latest revisions were made.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided on each product page before placing an order.

As products are made to order, NoLabelPt cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, except where required by applicable law or where the product received differs from the ordered specifications.
